Responsibilities/崗位職責(zé)
1. Development of new industries and customers in North China area, ensure to achieve assigned sales target.
華北區(qū)域新行業(yè)及新客戶的開發(fā), 確保實現(xiàn)上級所下達(dá)的銷售目標(biāo);
2. Work together with engineering team for promotion of new products.
配合技術(shù)團(tuán)隊推廣新產(chǎn)品;
3. Visit target customers together with engineering team for VOC.
與技術(shù)團(tuán)隊一起拜訪客戶,收集客戶之聲;
4. Strengthen cross-selling with sister companies, actively provide new leads for sister companies, follow up leads from sister companies.
加強(qiáng)與姐妹公司的交叉銷售,積極地為姐妹公司提供銷售線索,跟進(jìn)姐妹公司提供的銷售線索;
5. Daily management of sales, maintenance of CRM system on time.
銷售日常管理, 及時維護(hù)CRM系統(tǒng);
6. Tracking the progress of target projects or customers, weekly updated and report to manager
跟蹤目標(biāo)項目或客戶,每周更新狀態(tài)并匯報給上級經(jīng)理;
7. Understand the customers’ real needs, provide technical solution / commercial proposal according to Warner Electric products and technologies, quotation, business Negotiation, and lead signing contract.
理解客戶的真正需求,根據(jù)Warner Electric 產(chǎn)品和技術(shù)為客戶提供技術(shù)方案及商務(wù)建議,報價,商務(wù)談判及達(dá)成合同的簽訂;
8. Market Study, collect competitors’ information.
市場調(diào)研, 收集競爭對手信息;
9. Other projects or tasks assigned by supervisor or company.
上級或公司指派的其他任務(wù)。
Candidate Profile/申請人要求:
1. Bachelor degree or above, preferred background in mechanical engineering or electromechanical engineering.
本科或本科以上學(xué)歷,機(jī)械或機(jī)電專業(yè)背景優(yōu)先
2. Minimum of 5 years experience as Sales in industrial power transmission field.
至少5年工業(yè)傳動領(lǐng)域內(nèi)銷售工作經(jīng)驗
3. Successful candidates are innovative, self-starters, independent, highly creative workers with good follow-up skills
合格的候選人需具備創(chuàng)新精神,主動,獨立,高度創(chuàng)造性和良好的跟進(jìn)技能
4. Strong communication skills and very good team spirit.
具備良好的溝通能力和團(tuán)隊精神
5. Competent in read, written and spoken English.
具備良好的英語讀寫和口語能力
6. Must be able to travel frequently.
能夠頻繁出差
