Responsibility/工作職責：

1. Solve the production problem and equipment troubleshooting occurred during the production.
處理本車間生產過程中發(fā)生的生產問題和設備故障問題。
2. Be responsible for preventive maintenance and daily maintenance of equipment to ensure the efficient running of the equipment.
負責車間設備的預防性維護及日常保養(yǎng)，保證設備高效運轉。
3. Purchasing, installation and management of the equipment, and organize the operation training for all relative operators.
設備及其小零件的采購、安裝及管理；并對生產操作人員進行操作設備的培訓。
4. Provide technical support for production and maintenance, improve the indexes of quality, scrap rate, delivery rate etc.
為生產和維護提供技術支持，改善生產的質量，廢品率，交貨及時率等各項指標。
5. Be responsible for the products BOM and production process procedure and standard, improve the process and compile the operation instruction.
負責產品的BOM清單及生產工藝流程和標準，改善工藝并編寫相關作業(yè)指導。
6. Check the product design and fixture design; accomplish the modification and installation of equipment and fixtures as per requirements.
檢查產品設計及夾具設計；根據(jù)工作需要完成設備、工裝夾具的改造及安裝。
7. Be responsible for cost reduction related to production process and equipment running.
負責生產工藝和設備運行過程中的成本削減。
8. Be responsible to provide related training for all kind of products include the new products or EP products, instruct the operators to finish the job with good quality and quantities.
負責員工進行產品培訓（包括新產品和EP產品），確保員工保質保量完成任務。
9. Safety management of production site; and involve the implementation of 5S and FEM.
車間現(xiàn)場的安全管理；參與執(zhí)行5S和精益活動。
10. Accomplish the other task assigned by superior.
完成上級交待的其它任務。

Qualification/任職資格：

1. Bachelor degree in Mechanical engineering related major. *
本科學歷，機械工程等相關專業(yè)
2. Know mechanical assembling system and has experiences in this filed within 3 years.*
了解機械裝配系統(tǒng)并有3年以下相關工作經驗
3. Know how to use CAD software, and has essential mechanical manufacturing and drawing experience.*
了解CAD等制圖軟件，具備基本的機械制造技能和機械制圖能力
4. English communication skill in writing .*
英語書面溝通能力
5. Team player
具有團隊協(xié)作精神
6. Work carefully and be with strong sense of responsibility.
細心并責任心強
7. Be able to solve the problem occurred in daily work independently.
