1.General drawing recognition, be able to independently carry out single and simple structure assembly, cutting and other works under the guidance of the team leader
一般識(shí)圖能力，在班長(zhǎng)的指導(dǎo)下，能夠獨(dú)立進(jìn)行單一簡(jiǎn)單的結(jié)構(gòu)物組對(duì)、切割等工作
2.Have the hoisting and positioning capacity of small component (5T) structure and the hoisting command certificate
具備小型構(gòu)件(5T)結(jié)構(gòu)物的吊裝就位能力，
3.Fabrication efficiency meeting the daily plan of the team
施工工效滿足班組日計(jì)劃要求的工作
4.Be able to use all kinds of tools commonly used by riveters
能夠使用鉚工常用的各種工機(jī)具
5.Abide by the company\'s management system, labor discipline, safety management, etc., and participate in the company\'s safety training on time
遵守公司的各項(xiàng)管理制度、勞動(dòng)紀(jì)律、安全管理等，按時(shí)參加公司的各項(xiàng)安全培訓(xùn)
6.With melting welding and hot cutting operation certificate
具有融化焊接與熱切割作業(yè)證
7.Other works arranged by leaders
領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其它工作

任職要求：
1.Secondary vocational school education, equal education or above.
中專學(xué)歷或同等學(xué)歷及以上。
2.Have hoisting command certificate
具有起重指揮證
3.熟悉國(guó)家、行業(yè)及公司的法律法規(guī)和管理制度及生產(chǎn)流程，熟悉本崗位業(yè)務(wù)知識(shí)
Familiar with national, industrial and company laws and regulations, management system and production procedures, familiar with the post business knowledge
4.5年及以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
5 years or above with relevant working experience
6.具有良好的組織和溝通能力
具有一定的口頭表達(dá)能力與文字水平
具有一定的分析判斷和執(zhí)行能力
Good organization and communication skills
Have certain oral expression ability and writing level
Have certain ability of analysis, judgment and execution
