Position Summary 職位綜述：
Lead the maintenance group to finish the equipments repairing, maintenance work, finish tooling and accessories manufacturing work on maintenance workshop.
帶領(lǐng)維修人員，完成設(shè)備的維修和維護(hù)工作，在維修車間完成工裝和輔件的制造工作。
Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities 職責(zé)及責(zé)任：
1.Ensure production equipments running well:
Repair the broken down machines, including tooling.
Plan maintenance work and execute accordingly.
Manage the spare parts purchasing plan and storage.
保證生產(chǎn)設(shè)備正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)：
做好設(shè)備維護(hù)計(jì)劃并按計(jì)劃執(zhí)行
做好對(duì)備品備件的采購(gòu)計(jì)劃和庫(kù)存管理
2.Finish production for tooling and accessories on maintenance work shop:
Do manufacturing plan for tooling and accessories.
Make process flow for the tooling and accessories outsourcing and control them including lead time and quality
在維修車間完成對(duì)工裝和輔件的生產(chǎn)工作。
做好工裝和輔件的生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃。
編制外委工裝及輔件的工藝流程并做好對(duì)其監(jiān)管和控制，包括交期和質(zhì)量。
3.Involve and cooperate with PE, ME, Quality and production departments work
Cooperate with PE and ME to finish prototype products production
Cooperate with ME, Quality and production to finish products, process and quality improvements.
Increase OEE by equipments and tooling improvements.
配合產(chǎn)品，工藝，質(zhì)量和生產(chǎn)部門工作。
與產(chǎn)品和工藝部門配合完成樣件的生產(chǎn)。
與工藝，質(zhì)量和生產(chǎn)配合完成對(duì)產(chǎn)品，工藝和質(zhì)量改進(jìn)。
通過(guò)對(duì)設(shè)備和工裝的改進(jìn)來(lái)提高OEE。
Requirements 要求：
1.Bachelor Degree in mechanical-electrical integration related or above is must.機(jī)電一體化或相關(guān)本科以上學(xué)歷。
2.+5 years experience in equipments maintenance.
在設(shè)備維修領(lǐng)域5年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
3.Experience with general office computer tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.).熟練操作電腦相關(guān)軟件
4.Written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English;
英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)及讀寫能力
5.Team work, cross function coordination, diligence and strong sense of responsibility;較強(qiáng)的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作，跨部門溝通能力
