工作職責Duties
1.維護正確的entry List and集裝箱發(fā)票到系統(tǒng)
Maintain right entry list and container invoice into system
2.發(fā)票，入庫單和訂單匹配，跟催所缺的入庫單和發(fā)票，找發(fā)票所對應的請購單和訂單，寫對應的請款單，登記發(fā)票.與財務對帳及查詢付款情況.
Often match invoice ， material received sheet and po , hasten or look for no in time received sheet and invoice, match PR and PO to invoice, write request to finance sheet, book in invoice. finance dept.’s check account, check payment state.
3.請購單的了解、處理，詢價、比價或通過各種途徑去查找相關物品或訂做的原材料的價格，核算價格，議價，轉(zhuǎn)訂單
Deal with request to purchase sheets, look for price, compare price, Lookup relative goods or machining material’s price through multi- approach, count and check cost ,negotiate price, make PO.
4.系統(tǒng)中和EXCEL表中物料編號、供應商資料等維護
Often maintenance and update part No., vendor information in system and EXCEL
5.訂單發(fā)出并跟催供應商確認回傳訂單并追蹤交貨進度
Release PO, confirm PO with vendor and trail delivery schedule
6.定期整理訂單、請購單、供應商資料等相關單據(jù)，管理這些單據(jù)和供應商。
Often clean up PO,PR, suppliers’ data etc. sheets. Manage these sheets and supplier.
7.異常問題如緊急采購情況處理、退換貨處理、問題發(fā)票處理、供應商問題等處理
Deal with abnormity problem such as urgent purchase 、cancel and exchange goods、problem invoice and suppliers’ problem.
8.負責廢品定期回收處理，找回收廢品廠商，通過各種途徑查找相關廢品價格
Take charge of dealing with callback waste, look for buyer callback waste and look for price.
9.每月購買金額、預算等相關資料統(tǒng)計,及經(jīng)理和主管安排的其它工作。
Statistics every month’s purchase kind and money ,budget, etc. Statistics. And other works from manager and supervisor.
任職要求：
1. 高中及以上學歷。
Senior high school and above
2. 從事1年以上工廠生產(chǎn)采購相關經(jīng)驗。
Greater than 1years of the related manufactory production procurement experience.
3. 熟悉MRO采購流程和方法,能夠獨立進行采購工作。
Familiar with MRO purchase process and method ,can independent arrange purchase work
4. 具備較強的學習能力，快速應變能力。
Quick learning ability and meeting an emergency.
5. 具備較強的執(zhí)行力。
Great power of execution
6. 人品端正，有責任心。
Upright character and conscientious.
