Will be working on securing our product quality for existing products and also be a part of projects to secure the quality of future products. Involved in claim handling and communication to suppliers
Cooperate with suppliers to start up new products and make sure that they live up to the company standards. Work with sourcing department in the assessment of new potential suppliers and approval of samples. Also help sourcing and purchasing department with technical knowledge when needed. Main work area will be our plastic components for farming industry and consumer markets all over the world.
Chima Asia is a Danish owned and managed company wherefore it is expected that the employee has the will and skill to adapt to the company culture. You will be referring to a Danish Supply Chain Manager wherefore good English skill is a must.

Qualifications:
·         Good communication skill in both English and Mandarin.
·         Must have experience with injection molding and plastic materials!
·         Must have at least 3 years of experience with similar work.
·         Knowledge of quality tools such as control plans, 8D-reports, PFMEA etc.
Strong mindset to improve internal/external quality with “0”defect target. 
Good computer skill, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. 
Good at team work, interpersonal relationship with colleagues. 
 
Key tasks:
·         Involved in follow up at existing suppliers factories to ensure good quality.
·         Work with improvement of quality of existing products. 
·         Will work with the development of new products and suppliers
Coordinate with production team to set up/improve process control system. Preferably with quality tools, such as PFMEA, MSA etc. 
In charge of driving continuous process quality problem improvement to stabilize and improve the process quality capability/level. 
Work with logistic and purchasing on raw material quality issues
