Work areas
You will be performing all tasks relevant to purchasing for one of our company’s product groups.
The main work will be in our ERP system, so experience with this is essential, and even better if you have experience with an English language version. We expect you to be able to start up quickly and that you have a lot of motivation to ensure that all details are correct in your work. It is important that you take pride in what you do, and that you are able to bring suggestions and your own views to the management.
Chima Asia is a Danish owned and managed company, so it is expected that you have the will and skill to adapt to the company culture. You will be referring to Danish management and have frequent communication with the group in Denmark, so good English skills is a must.

Qualifications:
· Good communication skill in both English and Mandarin.
· Must have experience with ERP systems, preferably in English
· Must have at least 3 years of experience with similar work.
· Strong analytical mindset and very good with numbers
· Ability to maintain overview and ensure deliveries as confirmed by suppliers
· Good computer skills, such as Word, Excel, etc. 
· Good at team work, interpersonal relationship with colleagues.
· Relevant educational background or experience from production companies are preferred
 
Key tasks:
· Collect all relevant information in order to place orders
· Confirm delivery times with suppliers and follow up to reconfirm them
· Create and invoice PO’s in ERP system and analyze inventory status and needs
· Create sales confirmations to customers and invoice them in ERP system
· Communicate with production planners about production times
· Communicate with customers about order status and other relevant info
· Update data in ERP system
